====== Letter Generation ======
This section covers general setup of Letter Generation tool included in the Donor 360 package. It includes general permissions, page layouts, templates, automation to assign templates and letter output. NOTE: The Letter Generation tool generates the text of a letter which is then merged with a Word document using a document merge tool such as Conga or Apsona (licenses needed).

==== Permission Sets ====
Assign the necessary Permission Set to the users who will manage the letter templates.
  * Click **Setup**, **Permission Sets**, Select **Letter Administrator**
  * Click **Manage Assignments**, **Add Assignments**, Select any **System Administrator** users managing Letter Generation as well as **other users** who will be generating letters.
  * Click **Next**, **Assign**, **Done**
  * Review the Permissions assigned for each object in Permission Set to ensure users have access to appropriate fields. Add access as necessary.

  
==== Page Layouts ====
Page Layouts need reviewed to ensure appropriate fields are visible. NOTE: Adjust the layouts for each object where Letter Generation is connected.
