====== Contacts ======

This section is for identifying and understanding how to use the custom fields added to the Contact object in the Donor 360 package. Contact is a standard Salesforce object and Donor 360 adds some additional fields. Additional fields are often used on applications for scholarships or for recording preferred salutations and addresses. Other fields can be used as needed. Work with your team to determine which fields your org needs.

==== Custom Fields ====
Field types include text, formula, ExtSysId, lookup, picklist, phone and email fields and additional Preferred fields to be used for contacts. Work with your teams to determine which fields you plan to use. Make sure these are included on the Contact Page Layout and Lightning Page.

==== Record-Triggered Flows ====

The following autolaunched flows can be used in your org. All are templates. If the flow does everything you need it to do, leave it active. If customizations need to be made, click **Deactivate**, then **Save As New Flow**, name it and **Save**. Then customize as needed before Activating 
  *** ContactPreferredAddressIsHome**
    * When the Preferred Address is blank or not populated, and the Mailing Address is populated, flow updates Preferred Address to Mailing Address
  *** ContactPreferredAddressIsWork**
    * When Preferred Address is blank or not populated, and the Other Address is populated, flow updates Preferred Address to Mailing Address
  *** PopulateContactPreferredSalutation**
    * When Preferred Salutation is blank or Salutation, First Name or Last Name are changed, flow updates Preferred Salutation to Salutation + Last Name
  *** PopulateContactFormalSalutation**
    * When Formal Salutation is blank or Salutation, First Name or Last Name are changed, flow updates Formal Salutation with Salutation (if not blank) +  First Name + Last Name
  *** PopulateContactInformalSalutation**
    * When Informal Salutation is blank or Salutation, First Name or Last Name are changed, flow updates Informal Salutation to First Name
