Accounts, Contacts, Affiliations & Addresses

• Select Setup>Object Manager then select each object listed below and work through the settings.

• Accounts
• Contacts
• Affiliation
• Address

• Select Page Layouts
  • Select Household Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Select Organization Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Click Page Layout Assignment
    • Assign new layouts to appropriate Profiles for Household Account and Organization Account

• Select Lightning Record Pages
  • Select Account Record Page (FDNP)
    • Click Clone, Add new Label and new API Name, Click Save
    • Select Activate on the Page Saved popup, then Select Assign as Org Default
    • Both Account record types will use the same Lightning Record page. Further customizing will be done under Account configuration.

• Select Page Layout
  • Select Contact Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Click Page Layout Assignment
    • Assign new layout to appropriate Profiles for Contact

• Select Lightning Record Pages
  • Select Contact Record Page (FDNP)
    • Click Clone, Add new Label and new API Name, Click Save
    • Select Activate on the Page Saved popup, then Select Assign as Org Default

• Select Page Layout
  • Select Affiliation Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Click Page Layout Assignment
    • Assign new layout to appropriate Profiles for Contact

• Select Lightning Record Pages
  • Select Contact Record Page (FDNP)
    • Click Clone, Add new Label and new API Name, Click Save
    • Select Activate on the Page Saved popup, then Select Assign as Org Default

• Select Page Layout
  • Select HH Address Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Select Org Address Layout (FDNP)
    • Click Save as and Save with new name
  • Click Page Layout Assignment
    • Assign new layouts to appropriate Profiles for Household Address and Organization Address

An Address Lightning Page is not currently created. Let's create it now and add details and customize in a later step.

• To create a new page, Select New Record Page, Next

• Enter a Label, Search and Select Address object, Click Next

• Select Header and Right Sidebar, Done

• Select Fields from left panel, Drag Dynamic Highlights Panel to top of canvas

• Select Activate on the Page Saved popup, then Select Assign as Org Default
