Post Installation Instructions

1. Configure Candid Credentials
   1. Go to Setup and search for Named Credentials
   2. 
   3. Open the External Credential for the API desired
   4. Create a new Principal or edit the existing
   5. Premier API should be PremierAPIPrincipal, Charity Check API should be CharityCheckAPIPrincipal, Charity Check PDF API should be CharityCheckPDFAPI, Essentials API should be EssentialAPIPrincipal.
   6. 
   7. Enter the Subscription Key with the license keys from Candid.

2. Update Candid API Setting in Custom Metadata
   1. Click Manage Records
   2. Edit each record to update Active for APIs that have been purchased and will be utilized
3. Assign Permission Set to desired Users
   1. The Candid Charity Search permission set should be assigned to users that should have access to search for Charities and create new Accounts.
   2. The Candid Data permission set should be assigned to users that will perform Candid charity checks.
4. Add Visual Indicators on Account (Optional)
   1. We recommend adding some visual indicators on the Organization Account Lightning Record Page to clearly and visually identify the Candid Charity Status of an Organization.
   2. Add Rich Text components on the screen for each of the desired indicators.
   3. In Good Standing
      1. Recommend text is Green
      2. Set Component Visibility to Record → Candid Sync Status Equal In Good Standing
         
   4. Not Found in Candid
      1. Recommend text is Red
      2. Set Component Visibility to Record → Candid Sync Status Equal Not Found in Candid
         
   5. Pending Candid Check
      1. Recommend text is Red or Yellow
      2. Set Component Visibility to Record → Candid Sync Status Equal Pending Candid Check
   6. Not In Good Standing
      1. Recommend text is Red
      2. Set Component Visibility to Record → Candid Sync Status Equal Not In Good Standing
   7. Status Revoked
      1. Recommend text is Red
      2. Set Component Visibility to Record → Candid Sync Status Equal Revoked
