Record-Triggered Flow
There is one flow that works with this staging object, FdnpContactImport. If you didn't clone and make edits to this flow during Post Install Tasks for Flows, refer to this page and make those edits now then Activate. Once complete
Permission Set
The Donor 360 Standard User permission set includes the ability to Read, Create, Edit and View All records. If a separate permission set is required to facilitate assignment to a sub-set of Donor 360 Standard Users, create the new permission set then replicate the Donor 360 Standard Users settings for this object. Be sure to remove the permission from the orignal Donor 360 Standard User.
How to Use
Export Data from the external system and include a unique identification for each contact, then import to this object using any Salesforce import tool, ensuring fields are mapped correctly. Map the unique identification to the ExtSysId field. As soon as the records are created in Salesforce, the flow FdnpContactImport (template) or whatever you named the custom version, will run to match existing Contacts or create new ones.
Use the ExtSysId on the Contact record to export existing Contacts for importing to external systems. To bring back data into Salesforce and make updates to the Contact, use the staging object to import data back to Salesforce, again using the ExtSysId to match the Contact.
