GAU Allocations
This section is for understanding how to use the GAU Allocation object. GAU Allocation (or sometimes referred to as Fund Allocation) is a custom object from the NPSP package and works with the Opportunity and Payment objects to connect a gift to a specific Fund.

Creating GAU Allocations
The flow used to create Opportunities also creates the GAU Allocation records and walks the user through generating the appropriate records connected to the Opportunity. The example below is a GAU Allocation record shown first in the flow and then in the saved record.
